Standard of Performance

The Institute for the Advancement of Working Families (IAWF) is a culturally diverse, professional, and performance-driven, multi-and trans-disciplinary collaborative organization with an entrepreneurial spirit. IAWF has extensive experience in the areas of education and training; research and systems evaluation; and program development, planning, implementation, and management. Clients have included: Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Bureau of Employment, and Training Programs; Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development; American Cities Foundation (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania); Foundation for Restorative Justice (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania); Edgar Sr. and Carol Ann Campbell Foundation (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania); Future Leaders Institute (FLI) Charter School (New York City); Illinois One Family One Child (Chicago, Illinois); and the National Association of Former Foster Care Children of America (NAFFCCA) (Washington, D.C.).
